Denim Washing

DESIZING AGENTS :

QUICKSIZE HCH LIQ.	An alpha amylase high temperature (500C – 1100C) enzymes for high value denim.
QUICKSIZE NCG LIQ.	A specially designed amylase enzymes which is working in very low to medium temperature (400C – 600C).

ANTI-BACK STAINING AGENTS :

QUICKPOL PAS LIQ.	Specially formulated product for Anti back staining to prevent the re deposition of Indigo dyes, sulphur dye on Denim washing.
QUICKPOL PAS CONC POWDER.	Nonionic anti-redeposition aid for garment washing processes: improved cleaning power on cellulosic pockets of denim.
QUICKPOL ABSI LIQ.	Nonionic anti-redeposition aid for garment washing processes. Provides a higher contrast finish without unwanted dye re-deposition, commonly found in garment washing.

FADING ENZYMES :

QUICKLASE ZA CONC LIQ.	Acid cellulase Enzymes works by loosing the indigo dye on the denim in a process know as “Bio Stonewashing”. Replaces pumice stones to avoid damages on substrate. Works in pH 4.5-5.5.
QUICKLASE APB LIQ.	Concentrated Acid Cellulase Enzymes works by loosening the indigo dye on the denim in a process know as “Bio Stonewashing”. Replaces pumice stones to avoid damages on substrate. Works in pH 4.5-5.5.
QUICKLASE MKL LIQ.	Specially designed acid cellulase enzyme for bio stone washing. Works at room temperature and pH at 4.5 -5.5.
QUICKLASE NB LIQ.	Hybrid Cellulase enzyme for a fashionable, faded, high-contrast denim Stone-wash finish. Use 0.5 – 1%.

NEUTRALIZATION :

QUICK-NEUT ORG LIQ.	An effective neutralizing agent for neutralizing alkaline finishing processes.
QUICK-ACID ABS LIQ.	An economical product for neutralization of alkali treated fabrics.
QUICK-ACID CA LIQ.	An economical product for neutralization of alkali treated fabrics.

ALKALI BUFFERS :

QUICK-FLOW GKS LIQ.	Soda ash replacement, inhibits pH control during cellulosic dyeing with reactive dyeing, improved consistency and reproducible fising conditions.
QUICK-FLOW GKS POWDER	Alkaline pH controller & buffer for reactive dyeing, level dyeing performance, suitable for cirtical shades, ease handling.

WASH OFF & DETERGENTS :

QUICKCOL DET LIQ.	Nonionic surface active detergent in detergent wash and enzymatic desizing.
QUICKCOL SNE LIQ.	Nonionic surface active detergent with optical brightener support for full whites in detergent washing.

CATIONIC SOFTENERS :

QUICKSTOL CWS FLAKES	A flake form and soluble in cold water Cationic softner, imparting extremely fluffy feel with inner softness and good durability.
QUICKSTOL CATASOFT FLAKES	Highly concentrated, non yellowing, cold water soluable softener.
QUICKSTOL OC LIQ.	A Special Liquid cationic softener for natural and synthetic fibers.

SILICON SOFTENERS :

QUICKFIN ABBS LIQ.	A modified amino silicone emulsion which imparts excellent silky touch on all kinds of substrates.
QUICKFIN BBBS LIQ.	A modified micro amino silicone emulsion and gives limpy soft touch to knits and woven cellulosic fibers.
QUICKFIN GLIDE LIQ.	An exhaustible micro silicone emulsion for cellulose and synthetic blends. Especially for yarns.
QUICKFIN ABSC LIQ.	A specially designed softener which imparts a very soft and bulky feel to natural fibers with non yellowing property.
